Tanny lived with his mother for most of his life.
She was always there for him even when she was ill until the moment she stopped breathing. He loved her and promised to move on, and live life to the fullest.
Though he has an aunt and uncle in Applefield, he prefers to live alone in the house he was raised in.
His house is small, only two rooms, peacefully resting in the Alendale forest.
Tanny manages to get by selling handmade dresses at the marketplace and occasionally borrowing from his aunt. Applefield is a beautiful town to him, and Tanny wishes he could move his house there.

Tanny is always busy doing something, cooking, cleaning, sewing, laundry, or just wandering; but gets lonely quickly. Usually to brighten his mood, he enjoys singing songs or taking time to surround himself with the wildlife and nature. Very easy-going personality, but not quite ditzy. Tanny isn't very educated but feels as if he doesn't need to be since he already has a way of life.
